Western Nine (1st Nine)

HOLE # 1 - PAR 5 - 457 Meters

HOLE # 1 - PAR 5 - 457 Meters

The opening hole of the Western Nine sets the theme of a world class golf course played in close harmony with nature. This first par 5 should get the players away to a safe start. Not too long and running down hill. This hole features a large sandy waste area to the right, studded with tuft plants.

HOLE # 2 - PAR 4 - 347 Meters

HOLE # 2 - PAR 4 - 347 Meters

This par 4 plays through the residential area, with a slight dog-leg right. The relatively straight forward hole should maintain the flow of play in the early stages of the round.

HOLE # 3 - PAR 4 - 395 Meters

HOLE # 3 - PAR 4 - 395 Meters

Accompanied still by the residential zone, this long par 4 plays downhill to a green nestled beside a lake. Any shots too long will finish in the thick vegetation at the rear. A picturesque, yet demanding hole.

HOLE # 4 - PAR 4 - 379 Meters

HOLE # 4 - PAR 4 - 379 Meters

Care to be taken on this formidable par 4. The lake meanders along the entire left side, which will claim any errant shots. The gambler may try to shave the left hand fairway trap to obtain a slightly easier approach to the green. Groups of strategically placed feature trees reinforce this scenic golf hole.

HOLE # 5 - PAR 5 - 496 Meters

HOLE # 5 - PAR 5 - 496 Meters

This monster par 5 is one of the feature holes on the golf course. Three strong shots are required to find the green, which is perched atop a hill. Big hitters can open their shoulders and pars will be well earned.

HOLE # 6 - PAR 3 - 192 Meters

HOLE # 6 - PAR 3 - 192 Meters

The opening par 3 is an attractive hole bounded by the condominiums to the left. A long accurate tee shot is required from the rear tee. However, the forward tees present a slightly easier challenge. The straight fairway and bunkers make this hole a pleasure to play.

HOLE # 7 - PAR 4 - 362 Meters

HOLE # 7 - PAR 4 - 362 Meters

This par 4 is guarded by a large fairway trap to the left side of the landing area. Dog-legging slightly to the right, beware the condominium on the left and "out of bounds" to the right.

HOLE # 8 - PAR 3 - 130 Meters

HOLE # 8 - PAR 3 - 130 Meters

A par 3 which requires pin-point accuracy. A beautifully land-scaped lake lurks to the front and left of the green. The lake, featuring a timber retaining wall at the green, will make club selection critical.

HOLE # 9 - PAR 4 - 348 Meters

HOLE # 9 - PAR 4 - 348 Meters

A delightful, but challenging par 4 completes the front nine. The tee shot dissects two lakes to a landing zone protected by fairway traps both left and right. From this point, the fairway rises to a green benched into the hill with the magnificent clubhouse providing a spectacular backdrop.

Southern Nine (2nd Nine)

HOLE # 10 - PAR 5 - 485 Meters

HOLE # 10 - PAR 5 - 485 Meters

The Southern Nine commences with a majestic par 5 featuring a double dog-leg. Large fairway bunkers await errant shots abreast landing areas of both tee and second shots. The lake edge encroaches to the right of the green enforcing a rigid golfing test.

HOLE # 11 - PAR 3 - 162 Meters

HOLE # 11 - PAR 3 - 162 Meters

A challenging par 3 requiring a long iron from the rear tee. Whilst the short fairway edge is defined by an avenue of trees, the green nestles amidst flowering shrubs.

HOLE # 12 - PAR 4 - 361 Meters

HOLE # 12 - PAR 4 - 361 Meters

A serene par 4, which can be deceptive. A line of screening trees will capture shots too far left. The greenside traps create a narrow entrance and many will find themselves in the sand. The green is situated in an attractive corner of the golf course.

HOLE # 13 - PAR 4 - 374 Meters

HOLE # 13 - PAR 4 - 374 Meters

Another strong par 4 played downhill through a corridor of trees. The preferred line is to the right, to enable an easier line to the green. Some strategically positioned bunkers await poor shots.

HOLE # 14 - PAR 4 - 348 Meters

HOLE # 14 - PAR 4 - 348 Meters

The tee shot on this gently undulating fairway should be kept as close as possible to the left hand trap. This line should result in a less obstructed approach. Some spectacular views of the lakes and bridges can be seen from the elevated green.

HOLE # 15 - PAR 5 - 496 Meters

HOLE # 15 - PAR 5 - 496 Meters

A great strategic par 5. Long hitters from the tee may attempt to clear the left hand traps. From here, a long uphill shot remains. However, if the trap on the left is avoided, the green is within reach in two shots. For the more conservative player accurate shots are required in order to avoid the strategically placed sand traps.

HOLE # 16 - PAR 4 - 327 Meters

HOLE # 16 - PAR 4 - 327 Meters

An intriguing hole which will keep all players "on their toes". The drive is hazardless, however the action commences with the approach shot. The green is protected by a large bunker on the right, with the green sloping at the rear into the lake. Rear pin positions here will require a brave second shot.

HOLE # 17 - PAR 3 - 164 Meters

HOLE # 17 - PAR 3 - 164 Meters

A classic par 3, the player is confronted with a long water carry to a large green above the feature retaining wall. A safety landing area is available on the right, however pars will be rare from there. The seventeenth will leave a lasting memory for all.

HOLE # 18 - PAR 4 - 391 Meters

HOLE # 18 - PAR 4 - 391 Meters

A tremendous par 4 to complete the nine. Many players will be forced right from the tee to avoid the large trap and water. This will result in a longer approach on this already lengthy hole.

Northern Nine (3rd Nine)

HOLE # 19 - PAR 4 - 375 Meters

HOLE # 19 - PAR 4 - 375 Meters

The Northern Nine begins with a solid but straight par 4. Near the green, the land slopes naturally from right to left. The large sand waste area to the left will catch many stray shots. If careless, some may begin this nine with problems.

HOLE # 20 - PAR 4 - 375 Meters

HOLE # 20 - PAR 4 - 375 Meters

The drive on this par 4 is quite passive compared to the daunting approach shot. The landing area from the tee is quite generous, however the ideal position is left of centre. The approach is played over a narrow neck of water to the green unth the large lake waiting ominously to the right.

HOLE # 21 - PAR 5 - 511 Meters

HOLE # 21 - PAR 5 - 511 Meters

A lengthy par 5 which will require long straight play. The real estate accompanies the entire left side of the hole. If the large fairway traps are avoided, many will achieve good results. A beautiful shimmering lake catches the eye on the right of the putting surface.

HOLE # 22 - PAR 3 - 180 Meters

HOLE # 22 - PAR 3 - 180 Meters

An enjoyable par 3, playing slightly downhill through the trees. The kidney-shaped green is guarded by numerous sand traps. Another hole played in close harmony with nature. This hole again accentuates that different tees provide a fair shot for all.

HOLE # 23 - PAR 4 - 370 Meters

HOLE # 23 - PAR 4 - 370 Meters

A fine golf hole which gives the player two options from the tee. The fairway runs off in two directions leaving two totally different approach shots. The left fairway is narrow and comes very close to the boundary fence. The right fairway plays towards the lake, but has a much larger landing area. The approach from here is far more difficult, as the lake and bunkers must be cleared to reach the green.

HOLE # 24 - PAR 4 - 396 Meters

HOLE # 24 - PAR 4 - 396 Meters

A very picturesque hole featuring a long snake-like lake down the left side of the fairway. A rock-lined stream extends from the lake to the rear of the green, culminating in a beautifully land-scaped area. The hole itself is a straight forward par 4 allowing the player to relax momentarily.

HOLE # 25 - PAR 3 - 160 Meters

HOLE # 25 - PAR 3 - 160 Meters

An adorable par 3 allowing all grades of players a chance of low scores. The rear fee gives a good view of the green with the lake encroaching along the front and right edge. The foreward tees are tapered to the left, giving the players a slightly easier shot.

HOLE # 26 - PAR 4 - 350 Meters

HOLE # 26 - PAR 4 - 350 Meters

A genuine par 4 playing uphill along the screen planted boundary. The drive played left of centre will ensure a less obstructed line to the putting surface. Sandtraps to the left and right await the errant golfer.

HOLE # 27 - PAR 5 - 480 Meters

HOLE # 27 - PAR 5 - 480 Meters

A definite birdie opportunity here. The "out of bounds" line again lurks on the left. However, if the drive is well executed, the green is reachable by the long hitters. Those not reaching the green in two will only be left with a short pitch to this final green to finish on a high note.
