More than an equestrian club, Bukit Kiara encourages an active lifestyle via its host of sporting and recreational facilities. From the award-winning free-form swimming pool designed for the entire family to the giant sports complex that offers sports enthusiasts a great workout, there is also a fully integrated fitness centre complete with gymnasium, aerobic room, sauna, Jacuzzi, Japanese baths, badminton and squash courts. Other recreational facilities include a fully computerized 12-lane bowling alley with a café. Outdoors, you will find six tennis courts, putting green, basketball courts and outdoor grounds that are conducive for jogging and archery.

NOTICE TO MEMBERS ON WAITING LIST SYSTEM FOR RACQUET GAMES BOOKING.
As to serve all our members better, the club would be introducing a "Waiting List" system w.e.f. 1st April 2014. With the Waiting List system, a member could list their membership details, contact number and their preferred court booking times should all the court(s) are booked. Should there be any 24 hours booking cancellation, the club would notify the members of its availability. The order of priority will be on a first come first serve basis. Hence, with this change, it would supersede the Club's Rules & Regulations, under 3.6 of General Booking Procedures clause 3.6.4: "any cancellation of booked courts must be made at least four (4) hours before the booked time" and be replaced by "at least twenty four (24) hours before the booked time".
Please be informed that members must TEXT SMS on your cancellation of booked courts 24 hours before the booked time to avoid dispute, so no verbal cancellation is accepted. Any member whom failed to TEXT SMS before 24 hours shall be liable for a "No Show Fee" of RM31.80 nett.
All you have to do is type: CANCELL principle name, membership number, type of court booked and date. TEXT SMS to 018 47 44 460 ONLY. TEXT SMS is for record purpose; hence, we seek for your co-operation to TEXT SMS us.

IMPORTANT NOTE
BUKIT KIARA EQUESTRIAN & COUNTRY RESORT RULES & REGULATIONS:
1.4 : GUEST RULES
1.4.7 : A member is allowed to introduce the same guest to use and enjoy the facilities of the Resort, (food and beverage facilities excepted) twice per calendar month or for such other quantum and period as the Management may from time to time determine.
1.4.8 : A member shall not at any time, whether directly or otherwise, introduce as his guest(s) any member who has been suspended by the Management from using the facilities of the Resort or whose License has been terminated by the Company.
1.4.9 : Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions, the Management reserves the right to deny any guest the privilege or permission to enter to use and enjoy any of the facilities of the Resort.
1.4.10 : Each member (Principal/Spouse) is only allowed to invite a maximum of three guests for the use of the recreation facilities and may from time to time at the absolute discretion of the Management be changed and such changes if any, will be posted on the Notice Board of the respective Sports facility.
